BARA Research

BARA aims to bridge fundamental science, translational research and clinical practice by bringing together scientists, clinicians, researchers, academic institutions and multidisciplinary collaborators.

The Association may support professional introductions, research networking, multicentre collaborations, scientific working groups and the responsible development of clinically relevant research questions.

BARA is particularly committed to encouraging research that improves scientific understanding, strengthens the evidence base and supports safe and responsible translation from laboratory discovery to clinical investigation.

Research Collaboration

BARA welcomes appropriate proposals for:

  • fundamental and translational research;

  • multidisciplinary and multicentre collaboration;

  • literature reviews and evidence synthesis;

  • registries, surveys and outcome studies;

  • research working groups;

  • scientific introductions and academic networking;

  • research support or professional endorsement.

All proposals are subject to appropriate scientific, ethical and governance review.
