BARA
Scientific Committee
The Scientific Committee provides independent academic and clinical guidance to the British Association of Regenerative Andrology.
Its role is to support the scientific integrity of the Association’s educational activities, publications, professional guidance, research initiatives and events. The Committee reviews relevant scientific developments, advises on evidence-based practice and helps ensure that BARA’s work reflects appropriate clinical, ethical and methodological standards.
Members of the Scientific Committee are selected for their expertise in areas relevant to regenerative andrology, including urology, andrology, sexual medicine, regenerative medicine, reproductive health, research methodology and related scientific disciplines.
The Committee may advise the Board of Directors on scientific priorities, educational content, research collaborations, conference programmes, position statements and professional standards. It operates in an advisory capacity and does not replace the governance responsibilities of the Board.
All members are expected to act impartially, declare any relevant conflicts of interest and support the scientific and commercial independence of the Association.
